For the next week there is going to be A LOT of candy around. In the office, at home and if you have kids… well it will just be everywhere.
While everyone should celebrate the holiday and have a piece or two of their favorite candy (especially if you’re going door to door with little ones), just keep the below in mind. It’s no shock that Halloween candy adds up QUICK. If you have a late winter event (wedding, birthday, etc) you would like to lose a bit of weight for, BEWARE because Halloween kicks off three months of eating unhealthy food. Be smart with your trick-or-treat choices!
